Our deep involvement in the sporting memorabilia industry dates back to 2003, earning us a highly esteemed reputation and a profound understanding of all aspects of sports memorabilia.

Our journey began with a genuine passion for the sport of "Horse Racing," leading to the inception of "Champions of The Turf." This venture specialized in the design and production of horse racing memorabilia, catering to a diverse clientele that included owners, trainers, jockeys, race clubs, race track photographers, and devoted race enthusiasts.

Notably, "Champions of The Turf" had the privilege of managing and supplying memorabilia collections for legendary equine champions such as Miss Andretti, Weekend Hussler, and Takeover Target. Furthermore, we took pride in creating an Official VRC range dedicated to the three-time Melbourne Cup Winner, Makybe Diva. Our close collaborations extended to working with many accomplished jockeys and race stables, including the management of exclusive memorabilia lines for champion Group 1 jockeys Chris Munce and Danny Beasley. Additionally, we partnered closely with the Australian Turf Club (ATC) to develop their corporate memorabilia offerings.

In parallel, we founded "Ultimate Sports Memorabilia," a venture that encompassed a wide variety of officially licensed and endorsed sports memorabilia and collectibles. By collaborating hand in hand with the governing bodies of various sports, "Ultimate Sports Memorabilia" rapidly ascended to a leadership position in the industry.

In January 2020, "Ultimate Sports Memorabilia" underwent a complete acquisition by one of Australia's prominent Sports Memorabilia licensee companies.

You have two convenient options to obtain a valuation from us:

1. Utilize our secure website for an online valuation, featuring a straightforward and efficient process. Just click on the "GET VALUATION" icon, select the number of editions you wish to have valued from the drop-down menu in the shopping cart, add them to your cart, complete the necessary personal information fields, proceed to checkout, and finalize your order by making the payment.

2. Alternatively, you can directly contact us and transmit the required information via email to info@memorabiliavaluations.com.au

Upon receiving all the necessary details about your collection, we promptly initiate the assessment and valuation process. In most cases, you can expect to receive your valuation certificate(s) via email on the same business day.

Kindly take note: We do not provide "rough" valuations over the phone based on a brief description for any item. To ensure precise valuation of your edition(s), we require visual of the edition itself along with the Certificate of Authenticity.

If you have an extensive collection and would like more than 10 items valued please contact us directly for a customised quote to arrange a valuation for your collection.

What we need to value your collection:

1 x clear image of each piece being valued – showing the entire front of the edition
1 x clear image of the certificate of Authenticity or Limitation – showing the complete document

Valuable tip on storing your collection files:

Capture clear photographs of each edition within your collection.

For each Certificate of Authenticity, either scan a copy or, if it's affixed to the back of your edition, photograph it as well.

Preserve these images by storing them securely in a cloud-based storage solution like Dropbox, iCloud, or any other available service, whether it be a paid or free option. Numerous cloud services offer both types with varying storage capacities.

We strongly recommend refraining from saving these files to your computer's hard drive. In the unfortunate event of a computer malfunction, theft, or damage, your files could be irretrievably lost. By utilizing cloud-based storage, you ensure that your images remain accessible from anywhere, at any time, regardless of your circumstances.

Additionally, ensure that the files are accessible not only to you but also to your family members or trusted associates for added convenience in accessing these documents if required.

Every insurance provider and broker mandates a formal assessment of your collection.

Similar to any valuable possession, it is imperative to ensure comprehensive coverage for your collection to safeguard against theft, fire, or other unforeseen calamities. While no sum of money can truly replace your cherished collection, it can facilitate its reconstruction. Your first step in securing your collection is to engage in a conversation with your insurance company. Ascertain whether your cherished items are included in your current policy, and if not, explore the most suitable means to acquire adequate coverage.

A formal valuation will substantiate the true worth of your collection, and the modest fee incurred for professional assessment will ultimately prove insignificant in the event of an insurable incident claim, especially if your collection holds substantial value. A documented appraisal will attest to the value of your precious possessions.

Valuation validity:

Your valuation document will be securely stored for a duration of 12 months starting from the date of assessment. If, for any reason, you require access to it during this timeframe, please reach out to us, and we will promptly send it to you via email. Once the 12-month period elapses, a fresh valuation will be necessary for your collection.
