Yeah, of course! That’s the whole point. 

High quality, durable, and non-toxic plush cotton. Don’t worry it’s bite resistant so it can withstand the craziest of cats.

You can remove the cover and filling and wash it in the machine. Please don’t wash the Flappy Fish’s motor or catnip. Similarly to our cat friends, electronics don’t appreciate water. 

We’re pretty proud of the Flappy Fish and we stand behind it. Sometimes, things go wrong or a product isn’t what you were expecting. That’s okay. If you’re not satisfied with the Flappy Fishâ„¢ for any reason, simply contact us at support@flappy.fish for a full refund.

We understand cats can be fussy. That’s why we offer 30 days returns on Flappy Fish. To make a return your Flappy Fish must be in new condition with all accessories. You’ll just need to cover the cost of return shipping to Brisbane. 

How do I return my order?

Can I swap my Flappy Fish for another?

Yes! If you’ve picked the wrong Flappy Fish and would like an exchange please email us on support@flappy.fish and we can organise a return and exchange for you.

We ship all orders daily (excluding weekends) from Brisbane, Australia.
