Rumpole and Mowgli was born out of my deep love for our four-legged family members 🐾
As an independent, Australian-owned small business, we established ourselves in 2020 with our flagship bricks-and-mortar store nestled in the scenic hinterland town of Maleny, Queensland.
Our goal has always been to curate a collection of products that are not only functional but also stylish, carefully sourced for discerning pet owners like ourselves. Thanks to the enthusiastic response we received from our local community, we are excited to bring our offerings to a wider audience.

How long does shipping take?
We are an Australian based company, shipping domestically only.
We use eco-friendly packaging from, a Melbourne-based sustainable packaging company.
Australian Shipping
Orders under $100 - $10 Standard post or $14 Express post (excludes heavy items)
Orders $100 or above - Free Standard post or $4 Express post upgrade (excludes heavy items)
Heavy items (2.5kg+) - $20 per item - Standard post
All online orders are processed the same day, if ordered before 2pm Brisbane time.
Do you offer Refunds?
At Rumpole and Mowgli we believe that customer service is a non negotiable priority. We want our customers to love both their products and their experience with us. We accept returns on regular priced items (no discounted stock).
*Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note:
Returns will be excepted 14 days from purchase date.
Items need to be unused with original tags attached so they can be resold.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Is After Pay available?
Afterpay is available on all purchases. Its great as it helps you split your total purchase amount into four interest-free payments, due every two weeks
