Useful information about delivery and returns, and manufacturing times
You can purchase your items online and pick them up from Regency Downs 4341 ( by appointment only) or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping via Australia Post and standard shipping costs apply.
At the Secure Checkout page, youâll see the ordered itemâs description, its price, and delivery costs calculated at checkout.
Please allow upto 10 business days for order processing and production depending on the size of the order. Delivery times vary depending on your location. International Shipping available.

Refund / Replacement / Return Policy
While I strive to deliver perfection, if your item is FAULTY I will provide a replacement once the item is returned for inspection. No refunds for change of mind purchases.
If the item is broken after shipping to you, please send multiple photos of packaging and item so I can raise a dispute with Australia Post. Broken items do not need to be returned.
Vinyl requires proper care to help the product adhere. Vinyl and Resin items are not dishwasher safe. Warm, soapy hand wash only!
DTF Prints on Tshirts must use a gentle wash cycle, garments to be washed inside out to protect the print.
No refund or replacement will be offered if care instructions are not followed.
