Our office is not open on the weekend however we are available for emergencies:
Saturday and Sunday 10am to 3pm **

All booking requests will be confirmed via text and email once approved by our team. If we cannot fulfill the time requested we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
What we do
Furry Friend Farewells is a family owned and operated Newcastle based pet crematorium located at Beresfield. We specialise in pet cremations for all types of pets up to 100 kg in weight. This includes dog cremations, cat cremations, bird cremations, rat cremations, rabbit cremations or any type of animal you wish to have cremated. Our prices are based on the weight of your pet and the urn you choose for your beloved pet. Furry, feathered, scaled or hairless, we will care for them all, as if they were our own.
Our Service Area
We service Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, The Hunter Valley and Port Stephens. Please check our service area map to see if you are within our travel zone.
We may be able to collect outside of our service area for a fee, or to avoid the fee you are welcome to bring your pet to our crematorium at Beresfield.
Limits apply for distance, please call to see if we will be able to collect from your suburb or vet clinic.
Our promise to you
Your pet will be individually cremated, and their sole ashes will be returned to you. We provide a professional, caring and compassionate service. Our high quality tracking system follows your pet through the entire cremation process to ensure your pet is picked up and is returned to you. We are a family business which means a member of our family will collect your beloved pet and they will be treated like a member of our family.
