To set up your logo with Scrub Life, email a vector image of your logo to sales@scrublife.com.au with contact details for your organisation.
Our embroidery department will be in contact with you when your logo has been received and digitised, we will then stitch out your logo, once your logo has been approved we will add it to our collection for you to purchase with your scrub order.
Delivery
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
Shipping direct from our international supplier usually takes about 15–30 business days, items shipped from Australia take between 7 and 14 days Standard Post or 2-4 days Express Post ... However can sometimes take longer from time to time (we are not Australia Post) but we do make every effort to supply your goods on time every time !
Embroidery time:
Please make sure that you allow ample time for us to embroider your logo, we like to allow 3-5 work days for your embroidery to be complete....
