"The experience is unexplainable, I thought I had delved as deep as I could possibly go but nothing, and I repeat nothing, has allowed me to delve as deep as this 3-day retreat has allowed me to go. Mark and Maya are the most loving people I have come across and that is all you can feel the entire time you’re in their presence. Since leaving the retreat I have never felt more for the lack of a better word - weightless, I feel as though I have finally erased long standing trauma that I was holding inside since I was a child."

The feeling of allowing every inch of your body relax and unwind from our daily lives is such a pure feeling. I would love to learn more and get my family involved, I have already checked out the next workshops.
