mptying means I don’t have to remove a cup every couple of hours like I used it. I find inserted a disc much easier than a cup, it’s very comfortable to wear and doesn’t leak for me. The only small downside is that removal is messier than with a cup but to be the advantages far outweigh that.

disc doesn’t hold as much but it’s the perfect size for me. Takes a bit of getting used to learning how to insert but once you’re used it just like a tampon only way better. Saves money and helps the environment too!

m very glad I did. Its a bit tricky to use at first but after a day or two it was easy. One of my favourite things is that I don’t need to take a tampon with me to the toilet, I can just take out the cup, wipe it out, and put it back in. It also worked really well for period sex (on one of my lighter days) and my partner said he didn’t notice it at all and I couldn’t tell it was there.

d that the disc wouldn’t fit, would slip etc but I wish I’d switched earlier!! Easy to insert, didn’t have any leakage and completely unnoticeable when in. Removal was a bit messier than the cup but I am hoping that will improve as my skills improve (also as I only need to remove morning and night I can do this at home so it’s really a non issue).

up. I’ve had 3 from different brands before and I never had a problems with any of them. Maybe the problem is my body but I felt so uncomfortable with this menstruales cup inside me that I couldn’t use it.

again after researching cups to fit a low cervix. In the mean time I had also had a baby, which actually made things a lot easier. I found the best way to make sure it was suctioned correctly was to check my cervix position before every time I re-inserted it, and my cervix is a lot easier to find now. The first few days I had a few misses where it leaked due to incorrect placement, but I got the hang of it very quickly. I feel confident using it after just one period. It was my first post-partum period so it was quite heavy and even still I was only emptying it once every 6 hours at most.
