IronIvy

Started in 2019, Iron Ivy was born from passion for beautiful life long objects and a love of nature. Kealey Bacic is the designer and creator of each piece Iron Ivy creates.

A plant obsessed horticulturist, designer and artist. When Kealey's not burying her hands in a pot of dirt she's getting her hands dirty on metal and tools. Iron Ivy designs are thought up while pottering in the garden, brought to life in a big tin shed and tried and tested on her plants at home.

Kealey’s background is in the Arts. She obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in Sculpture from the National Art School in Sydney and worked withsome of Australias favourite design brands for many years before studying horticulture. What started out as drawing and collecting odd or intriguing sticks and foliage while on a bush walk became a lifelong art practice of exploring the elements of nature.
