All new clients are required to pay a $25 deposit to secure their booking. This $25 comes off the total amount of your booking. This $25 is non refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made within 12 hours of your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment total. Any cancellation or reschedule made within 4 hours of your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your appointment total.
No showing to an appointment will result in a fee of 100% of your appointment total + full payment of your next appointment if you wish to rebook.
Failing to pay a cancellation fee will result in this fee being added to your account and no future bookings will be taken until this fee is paid for.
