Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. Our team will make every effort to fulfill your order within the stated production and shipping times. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. iamcandiicouture LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays, damages, or lost items once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier. We take pride in delivering high- quality custom tumblers. If there is a defect or error in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or refund. Customized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a quality issues or a mistake on our part.
